Executive Assistant to the CEO
For nearly 50 years, Jesuit Social Services has stood in solidarity with people and communities where the need is greatest. This includes those impacted by social, economic and ecological injustices.
In our work we see first hand the impacts of persistent and entrenched disadvantage; the isolation and exclusion of vulnerable people and groups; unacceptable levels of homelessness, mental illness, and imprisonment; and disengagement from education and employment. We continuously seek out new ways of thinking and operating – our business is to find solutions.
The Executive Assistant to the CEO supports our work by providing high-quality and reliable executive support so that CEO uses her time effectively and fulfils her leadership responsibilities.
We are seeking an individual with experience providing high-level executive assistance to a CEO or senior executive leader. As a key member of the Office of the CEO, you will be a professional and responsive point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercise sound judgement and discretion, and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain coordinated workflows and effective support for the CEO.
Attractive salary and salary packaging is offered together with ongoing professional and career development. This is a full-time position based in Richmond, with travel to other Jesuit Social Services locations as required.
